• Bids will be opened and read out loud publicly on Wednesday February 5th at 1:00PM at the Township Hall (1080 W. Midland Road)  
• Recommendation will be given to the Board at the Regular Board Meeting on February 11th at 7:00PM
• The Board has sole discretion to accept any bids, or to reject any or all bids.
