Building Permit fees are based on the floor area for residential units. If you are in need of a building permit fee estimate please contact the Williams Township Building Department at 989 662-2675.

Commercial Building Permit Fees are based on the area, type of construction and the group classification of the project and will be determined when the permit application is received.
